Terms of Service
- All of our pieces are handmade to order, and will take up to 1 week before shipment. If you require a rush order please contact breanne.whitefeatherdesigns@gmail.com or (289) 808-3029.
- We ship across Canada, the U.S and most International locations. We ship through Canada Post, and a flat rate is added for Canadian/US residents only. Please see below for shipping Internationally.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTS: Because shipping methods are limited for Canadians through PayPal, we have to send International clients a separate invoice for shipping. When purchasing, you will only be charged for the item and will be sent an invoice for the exact shipping amount. We apologize if this is an inconvenience, and if you would like a quote before purchasing we would be happy to do so. - All sales are final. Exchanges can be made for a store credit. You have 14 days after shipment to file an exchange. Please contact me right away if you are filing an exchange, breanne.whitefeatherdesigns@gmail.com or 1(289)808-3029. We wrap all of our jewellery very well to avoid damage, and have been 100% successful. If your item has been damaged, or if the post has lost your jewellery please contact us immediately.
- Orders will be processed Monday to Friday. All orders that are placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday. We will post Holiday hours, so please make sure you check our closers and shipment deadlines before purchasing.
